Then after a week, we saw Ep 4 "Everybody Hates Hugo" and the webmaze opens up with www.mrclucks.com
The first image we saw flashed a text puzzle that said "Jack will dip
his toes in the ocean". Then a few days later, it changed to say "The
monster is as real as you are. The monster only wants what you want.
You will know the monster by the sound of its cries. You will only see
the monster if you close your eyes. Within the green blast, I make out
the following lines: The monster will know the cries. You will close
your eyes. You are the monster."
So now we have the First Branch on 11.9.05; this update opened up the
maze. The links page (by clicking on the little red Paragraph sign)
became available.
The links offered 6 choices:
1- Monsters @ Knight: ABC's Grey's Anatomy site Dead End ![]()
2- the Audio Message: goes to mrclucks.com/audio which is the DeltaParkProject PodCast in Quicktime
3- Sphere: goes to globespotter.com
which at first appears to be nothing, but the image flashes and "esp" in "globespotter" is flashed as well as a pic of OceanicWorldAir's promo poster (I think), but I know to highlight the hidden text on the page which shows the Numbers
which each Number has a link (and the tree branches); here's what the Numbers link to:
- goes to thehansofoundation.org
- gives me a picture of the Plane before it was bought by LOST, which also gives a link to the aviation website that LOST used to buy the plane (ScrogginsAviation.com); updated with a pic of the tail section sinking
- gives me the Oceanic World Air promo poster; updated with a pic of Mr. Eko
- goes to pb-sales.com and this is where it gets nuts (more on this one in the next chapter)
- goes to oceanicworldair.com and it looks like it's almost up and running @ 5pm est
- goes back to the beginning to mrclucks.com
4- Blowing Helen: Live Picture Feed from Mt.St. Helen
5- HQ Sector 3 of 6: Bigspaceship1.com
6- Seacrest Out: iTunes version of the Delta Park Project LOST Podcast
Branched out, it looks like this: mrclucks.com->abc's grey's anatomy site, deltaparkproject podcast, www.globespotter.com , live picture feed of Mt. St. Helen, bigspaceship1.com , and deltaparkproject podcast in iTunes.
On 11.12.05 the whole front page changed to a diagram of a chicken, and
the links were no longer available (unless you bookmarked or remembered
the url).
Then (date unknown) mrclucks.com updated their page with the little paragraph sign linking to a site called www.kingcrossstatepolice.com instead of the links page. All it was was a picture of Kate's mugshot. But we now had a new site. So this is a New Branch: mrclucks.com->www.kingcrossstatepolice.com.
On 12.3.05 mrclucks.com/links changed again. The new choices are: "The King" going to www.kingcrossstatepolice.com and "Dr.Candle" going to www.marvincandle.com This replaces the Globespotter and bigspaceship1 links and removes the Seacrest Out link to DeltaPark podcasts in iTunes.
There have been many image updates in the history of mrclucks.com
including a map, a Gilgamesh reference, and a Buffalo to name a few.
On 12.22.05 mrclucks.com's "New Store Opened" at 1623 E. 42nd st. There
are options that appear to be links but are not (yet). They are "Home",
"Menu", "Cluck Finder", and "Nutrition Facts". The mrclucks.com/links
is also now available again. It is called Master List: 23.
The new link headings are as follows: "Pray for Me?", "Your Lair is
Ready", "How LO can You GO", "Duc Nguyen!", and "Can You Find the
Buffalo?"
In branch form it looks like this: mrclucks.com/links->the
Official Site for Michael Crichton's book "Prey", a PBS Teaching Guide
for Polar Bears, The History of the ABC logo, imdb listing for the film
"What's Cooking" (Duc Nguyen is played by Francois Chau/Marvin Candle), and the Wood Buffalo National Park in Canada site.
There doesn't seem to be any other branches from these new links.
